Clear Data

Go to the settings app on your tablet,

In the settings go to Apps

select PerfectStitch

There should either be a storage or data section.

Under there click clear storage or clear data

Select yes that you want to clear this.

go to the perfectStitch app

it will open a page for you to put in your serial number, you should be able to find that on the back of your tablet.

the next screen will ask for a machine type. select QEZ .

Click through the pop-ups

Restart your tablet

then you should be good to go.
